- Buyer claims the item as replica/counterfeit but the item is authentic
- Buyer claims the item is not as described but is
- Buyer claims the item was not received but you’ve shipped + provided valid tracking number
Shop Regifted will try to help you resolve Non-Delivery cases, Not as Described cases, Inauthentic cases and chargebacks. We may have to request additional information or assistance from you. For Non-Delivery, Not as Described cases and Inauthentic cases, we’ll need you to respond to our inquiries within 3 calendar days.
I would advise you to keep very good documentation of all items before shipping to buyer up to 15 days after the sale date This includes but is not limited to recording the sales transaction via smart phone and/or camera. If you don’t give us the necessary information in time, we may not be able to help resolve the dispute. Please keep in mind that we can’t guarantee a resolution in your favor.
What’s Not Covered
- Transactions completed off of Shop Regifted (in person transactions, trades, etc.)
- Items not shipped within 3 days of purchase
- Items shipped without valid online tracking number (e.g. USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL)
Note: A seller who fails to ship an item or respond to a case may be suspended. Members who do not comply with Shop Regifted’s policies may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination.
